Oct. 5, 2020, Washington DC—Today, the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners announced that it has partnered with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) to promote certification and career advancement among allied professionals who specialize in heart rhythm management. In a memorandum of understanding signed in February, the two global credentialing boards committed to increasing the pool of certification resources available to practitioners who specialize in electrophysiology and cardiac device therapy.
Sept. 16, 2020, Washington, DC – In keeping with International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiner’s mission of setting global standards in heart rhythm management, IBHRE announces the launch of a certification program to validate the competency and skill level of practitioners who employ Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) in caring for patients with heart rhythm disorders.
June 18, 2020, Washington, DC – The International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners is pleased to announce that Laurie Newmark, RN, CCDS, has been elected to serve as Chairperson of the IBHRE Ambassador Committee. Ms. Newmark serves as a Registered Nurse at Equis Medical Consulting, where she manages a device clinic.
