IBHRE offers specialty examinations for physicians, which are each administered once a year. Exams offered are:
- Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS)
- Certified Electrophysiology Specialist - Adult (CEPS-A)
- Certified Electrophysiology Specialist - Pediatric (CEPS-P)
