Allied Professional CEPS Exam Content Outline

IBHRE conducted a job task analysis (JTA) for the CEPS exam in 2021. A job analysis study is designed to obtain descriptive information about the tasks performed on a job and the knowledge needed to adequately perform those tasks. The purpose of the job analysis study was to:

  • validate tasks and important knowledge; and,
  • develop test specification.
