Allied Professional CCDS Exam Application

Registration for the August 5, 2026 CCDS exam closed March 20, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted; there are no exceptions.

Registrations and Confirmation

• Applications must be completed before submission.
• Registration forms will not be processed without completed information and full payment to the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE).
• Formal exam correspondence and instructions from IBHRE will be forwarded by email AFTER the application deadline date and approval of your application.
• Communications from IBHRE will come in the form of email. Following the email announcement of exam results, instructions for retrieving certificates will be emailed to those who passed the exam.

Please provide your current email and mailing address for IBHRE communications. You are responsible for notifying the IBHRE office of changes to your contact information during the application, certification, and IBHRE-C3 processes.

Special Testing Accommodations / Disability

Candidates who wish to obtain special testing accommodations must indicate the need during the online application process. Candidates approved for test accommodations will receive their scheduling instructions and then must contact PSI Candidate Services for Special Accommodations - Phone: +1 800-367-1565 x6750. Local centers may not schedule appointments for candidates requiring testing accommodations.
