Allied Professional Certified Electrophysiology Specialist (CEPS) Exam
The IBHRE Test Writing Committee, in collaboration with the testing agency, designed the CEPS certification examination for allied professionals.
All new certifications are valid for four (4) years after which certified Specialists must enroll in the IBHRE continuous competency program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Following completion of each section you may not return to a previous section. There is a hard time-limit allocated to each section.
About the Exam Content:
This examination assesses core competencies of cardiac electrophysiology as applied to the role of allied professionals in the clinical setting.
Candidates should have basic knowledge in three general areas:
- Basic science
- Applied science
- Technology, clinical practice, diagnosis, interpretation, management of tachyarrhythmias, and bradyarrhythmias
