Allied Professional CCDS Exam Content Outline
IBHRE conducted a job task analysis (JTA) for the CCDS exam in 2021. A job analysis study is designed to obtain descriptive information about the tasks performed on a job and the knowledge needed to adequately perform those tasks. The purpose of the job analysis study was to:
- validate tasks and important knowledge; and,
- develop test specification.
