Certification Exams: Important Information

Candidates will receive emailed instructions for scheduling exam appointments after eligibility confirmation notification from IBHRE is received. See the table below for more information. 

Candidates who require assistance with scheduling an exam appointment should contact PSI Candidate Support. Appointments are given on a first-come, first-served basis. It is highly recommended that candidates schedule an appointment as soon as instructions are received. Please note: Your first choice of site may not be available; travel may be necessary - PSI outsources testing sites. Please plan accordingly.

Exam Results and Certificates

Candidates will receive emailed instructions for retrieving exam score reports approximately 12 weeks after the testing period ends. Successful candidates will receive a separate email for retrieving certificates approximately 30 days after score reports are released. IBHRE's recipient pages will be updated approximately 30 days after score reports are made public. A lapel pin will be mailed to newly certified specialists under separate cover around the same time.
