Exam Date
Instructions for retrieving score reports will be emailed to eligible candidates approximately 12 weeks after the exam date. Emailed instructions for retrieving certificates will be sent to successful candidates approximately 3-4 weeks after score reports are released.
Registration Opens date
Visit the CDRMS application page to access the online application. You will be required to upload supporting documentation when prompted. Candidates who do not complete the application, including submission of payment, will not be eligible to take the exam. Register by the early registration deadline to take advantage of lower fees. Early registration deadline date
Applications received after the early deadline will be subject to the standard registration fee.
Final registration deadline date
Applications will not be accepted after the final registration deadline. There are no exceptions. Eligible candidates will receive emailed instructions for retrieving scheduling permits approximately 12 weeks after registration closes. The permit will provide instructions for making an exam appointment at a Prometric testing center. Visit their website to locate a site close to you. Please note: Appointments are made on a first-come-first-come basis, therefore, scheduling as soon as you receive your permit is highly recommended. In addition, IBHRE is one of many organizations that contracts with Prometric for administration of its exams. Your first choice site may not be available.

Please note: IBHRE's testing agency, Prometric, is currently seeking approval for Hong Kong to serve as a testing site for the CDRMS exam. The exam was not administered in Hong Kong in 2021.
