IBHRE Vanguard Award : This award is given to an IBHRE certified individual who demonstrates visionary leadership within IBHRE. Selected by IBHRE staff and approved by IBHRE's Ambassadors' Chair, this award acknowledges the contributions of an individual who has been instrumental of new initiatives within IBHRE.
